After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Rutgers University, Feras Jaloudi launched Hasbrouck Heights Gas in 2004. This business was a car garage he converted into a state-of-the art convenience store. He expanded the store’s product offerings and provided new services to attract customers and improve profitability. Feras Jaloudi’s role also involved recruiting, training, and motivating employees and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
A year later, in 2005, Mr. Jaloudi launched Young Entrepreneur Express, LLC, a FedEx Ground contracting company. As the company’s owner and operator, he managed a fleet of 13 trucks with routes in more than 25 cities. His numerous duties included organizing weekly safety meetings for his staff, collaborating with the safety commitment team to create safety initiatives and procedures, and developing positive relationships with clients, vendors, and company stakeholders to facilitate company growth. In 2009, he received recognition from FedEx as its Contractor of the Year for FedEx Ground.
Mr. Jaloudi launched Hudson River Radiology in 2015. This company offers medical imaging to treat and diagnose conditions. As owner, president, and CEO, he oversees four radiology centers in New Jersey and manages a staff of radiologists, sales representatives, receptionists, and drivers. He also maintains relationships with more than 1,000 physicians and providers.
